Consultation fees
Psychology consultation
Most appointments run for approximately 50 minutes. Initial appointments may be slightly longer where clinically appropriate.

Funding options
Medicare
Clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from their General Practitioner may be eligible for Medicare rebates.
SIRA
Psychological services are available for eligible workers compensation clients through the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA).
CTP
Psychological services are available for eligible Compulsory Third Party claims following a motor vehicle accident.
Private health insurance
Private health rebates may be available depending on your level of cover and provider.
Self-funded appointments
Appointments are available without a referral.
Reports & documentation
Letters, reports and case work outside of sessions.
Requests for reports, letters and documentation outside of standard therapy sessions are charged separately.

- Review of external documentation
Report writing and associated administrative work is billed at the practice's standard hourly rate. A quote will be provided prior to commencement wherever possible.
Please note that Medicare rebates do not apply to report writing, letters, administrative tasks or other non-face-to-face services.
Payment & cancellation policy
Payment is required on the day of your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
