Proper Allied Health is not a crisis or emergency mental health service. If you or someone you know needs immediate support, please reach out to one of the 24/7 services below.
We do not provide 24/7 crisis support, emergency response, or immediate risk intervention.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or there is a risk of harm to yourself or another person, please call one of the services below.

If you are currently seeing a psychologist at Proper Allied Health and your situation has changed, please let us know at your next appointment or contact us during business hours.
However, emails, forms, website enquiries and phone messages may not be monitored immediately. If you need urgent support, please contact one of the crisis services above.
Where appropriate, your psychologist may work with you to develop a safety plan during therapy. A safety plan can help you identify warning signs, coping strategies, support people and crisis contacts before things escalate.
